Six AI programs that pay you, and how each one pays. Imagine teaching a live class on what you know and keeping 90% of what students pay, before fees. Wait for the twist in number one: a share each time someone downloads an AI image you made.
6. Could teaching a live course in a field like AI pay you
Number six: could teaching a live course in a field like AI pay you? On Maven, you keep 90% of what students pay, minus the payment processor's fees, and Maven keeps 10%. That split covers services such as customer support, platform maintenance and marketing infrastructure. You set your own price, though some products have a minimum price.
Its page says Maven has no upfront costs, unlike platforms that charge monthly fees. Courses there do best in professional skills, technology, product, marketing, leadership and emerging fields like AI. Besides full courses, it offers one-day workshops to test a topic and turn an audience into paying students. Before students can pay you, you connect a payment account in your dashboard settings.
You can set your own payout schedule in that account. To be listed publicly, a course or workshop needs to meet certain traction requirements. Recorded lessons cannot be only AI-generated videos or AI avatars; they must contain your own teaching. By our count, with a price we chose, ten students at $50 each would pay $500.
90% of that is $450, before the payment fees. Fees and taxes differ from place to place. If you would rather show a tool than teach a class, the next program pays a commission when your followers subscribe.
5. Can showing an AI video tool to your followers keep paying you for months
Number five: can showing an AI video tool to your followers keep paying you for months? On HeyGen, each subscription you bring in earns 35% recurring commission for three months, from original videos only. You get credit for every referral who buys within thirty days. Its Social Creator Program is open to creators with 5,000 or more followers on at least one platform.
You submit a short application, and once approved, you get your own link to start sharing. Then you show how you use HeyGen, in tutorials, use cases or any original video format. That means no blog-only promotion, no paid search and no self-referrals. Commissions clear a sixty-day period, to account for refunds and chargebacks.
Then they are paid within the first three days of each month, once you pass the $100 minimum. All payouts go through one online payment service. Beyond the commission, creators get early access to new HeyGen releases and a direct line to its team. By our count, with a price we chose, five subscribers at $30 a month would pay $150 a month.
35% of that, for three months, comes to $157 and fifty cents. Availability and taxes differ where you live. Subscribe if guides like this help you: every rule here comes from each program's own pages, linked below. Next, a program where the commission follows what your referred users spend.
4. What if you built AI chat agents for businesses
Number four: what if you built AI chat agents for businesses, or simply pointed new users to the tool? For the first twelve months, a referred user's spending at Botpress earns you 30% commission. That covers subscriptions, upgrades and add-ons, but not the AI spend, the charge to call a language model. Botpress passes that charge on at zero markup, so it is not eligible for commission.
Freelancers and agencies can offer building services, or simply refer a new customer through a unique link. Everyone starts as an affiliate, and the page says it is free to join and open to all. Joining begins with an affiliate application. You can share Botpress through tutorials, case studies, videos, blog posts or client projects.
Payouts are handled automatically every month through a partner platform. After your first few Botpress projects, you may become eligible for partner status, with more recognition, support and benefits. The highest tier is by invitation only, for partners with exceptional, sustained results. By our count, if a referred business pays $100 a month, that is $1,200 a year.
30% of that is $360. Tax rules differ from place to place. That's three of the six: teaching, showing a tool and building. Short videos made with AI can be paid, too.
3. Can short AI videos you post on social media earn rewards
Number three: can short AI videos you post on social media earn rewards? Every approved video earns a payment on Higgsfield Earn, plus bonuses at twenty-four hours and on the seventh day, within payout caps. The rewards are based on your views and performance. Each campaign shows its guidelines and payout caps, so you know the limits before you start editing.
Earnings are capped at $1,000 on the first day, and at $2,500 per video over its lifetime. To start, you log in with your email, connect your Instagram account and verify it with a short code in your bio. Then you choose a campaign and download its creative assets. You make the video with its AI tools, post it to your Instagram and upload it.
Earnings are final after the day seven milestone, and then you can withdraw them. The page says there are no hidden fees to join. Rules and availability differ where you live. If you want the rule behind six other ways to earn with AI, that video is linked on screen.
Next, one automation tool pays a commission to people who bring it new paying users.
2. Can sharing an AI automation tool pay you for a whole year
Number two: can sharing an AI automation tool pay you for a whole year? Make's affiliates earn 35% commission on all referrals from their link for twelve months. The twelve months start when someone registers with your link, not from their first payment. Anyone with a Make account can become an affiliate.
You earn when someone uses your link to register for a paid account. You can share the link directly, on a website, in a campaign or through a shared automation. Users cannot be added to your affiliate account after the fact. Commission comes only from subscription payments, not from extra usage people buy on top.
You pick a code of five to twenty characters for your link, and that choice is final. Then you complete a short survey, agree to the terms and get your affiliate link. Payments are made once you earn at least $100 and have three unique paying users. The $100 minimum resets with every payout request.
Payouts go only through one money transfer service. Your affiliate dashboard shows your total earnings, your balance, the minimum payout and the users you need to qualify. By our count, if three people signed up with your link and each paid $10 a month, that is $30 a month. 35% of that, if all twelve months are paid, comes to $126, past the $100 minimum.
And three paying users meet the three-user rule. Eligibility and tax rules differ where you live. In one breath, so far: a share of course sales, three commissions and a reward per approved video. Before number one, a guess: when subscribers download AI images, how is the creator's share worked out?
1. Selling AI images
Number one, the twist: a share each time someone downloads an AI image you made. Magnific Contributor, the new name of Freepik Contributor, lets you upload AI images that its subscribers can download. The answer: Magnific divides the net revenue from a subscriber by the total number of downloads that subscriber made. Then it multiplies the result by a 50% revenue share.
By our count, with twenty downloads of one file type and $10 of net revenue, each download would be worth fifty cents. Half of that, twenty-five cents, would be the creator's share of each download. The page adds that the amount adapts to the type of file downloaded. Invoices can be generated once you reach a minimum of $25.
At our example rate, that minimum would take 100 downloads. Magnific accepts photos, vectors and layered design files, each labeled as AI with its AI button or tag. Content made with Magnific's own AI suite is welcome too, if it meets high quality standards. Images that closely resemble ones you already submitted are not accepted.
You apply with your portfolio, Magnific emails you its decision, and you create an account only if accepted. Once you are set up, you upload your best files, between 150 and 200. Once the invoice is validated, payment arrives between the tenth and the fifteenth of each month, through one of two payment services. The first payment comes within two months of reaching the minimum.
Taxes and payment options differ from country to country. That was number one, the last of the six. So, six AI programs that pay: live courses on Maven, creator links with HeyGen and AI agents with Botpress. Then video campaigns on Higgsfield Earn, referrals with Make and AI images on Magnific.
Today, you can open one program's page, linked below, and check one rule. Which one would you try first? Tell us the number in the comments. Results vary, rules differ where you live, and this is information only, not financial advice.
